Specializing in shower essentials and soft goods, every product is made in the USA, rooted in a clean aesthetic and powered by organic ingredients. I set out to create a brand as pure as its formulations and as arresting as the rattlesnake that inspired its name. The visual identity leans into a restrained color palette, ensuring instant recognition on the shelf without leaning too heavily on overt reptilian motifs. The result is a brand that feels sophisticated yet bold, understated yet memorable. My work spanned the entire ecosystem—from product and packaging design to marketing materials and art-directed photography—building a cohesive brand that’s ready to strike a lasting impression.

I set out to create a brand as pure as its formulations and as arresting as the rattlesnake that inspired its name. The visual identity leans into a restrained color palette, ensuring instant recognition on the shelf without leaning too heavily on overt reptilian motifs. The result is a brand that feels sophisticated yet bold, understated yet memorable. Lineage Roasting had been ready for a fresh chapter in their coffee packaging—a chance to align their bags with a philosophy that sees coffee as both an everyday ritual and an experience worthy of a Michelin star. When I stepped in to reimagine their retail coffee bags, I knew the design needed to strike a delicate balance: timeless yet modern, refined yet approachable. Just as importantly, the system had to be flexible enough to keep pace with the seasonal rotation of varietals and blends that define Lineage’s offerings. My solution was a compostable bag with a distinctive silhouette that’s as practical as it is eye-catching, designed for easy pouring and resealing. Visually, I kept the system clean and minimal, using interchangeable sticker labels to differentiate flavors while maintaining a unified brand presence. The final touch is a subtle moment of discovery—a hidden layer of detailed information revealed when customers open the bag, turning each purchase into a small, satisfying ritual.

As they stepped into a new, modern space, they needed a brand that could carry that heritage forward while speaking to a younger, design-conscious crowd. I created a bold, fresh identity that celebrates their roots by turning their greatest symbol (bread) into a modern-day icon. The result is a brand that feels as warm and familiar as a family recipe, yet as fresh as the first bite.
